Privacy notice.
This notice explains how Novantis Limited handles personal information received through enquiries, business relationships and this website.
Last updated: 8 September 2026.
Who is responsible for your information
Novantis Limited is the controller of personal information described in this notice. Novantis Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 15636848. Its registered office is 181 Stubbington Avenue, Portsmouth, England, PO2 0JJ.
Questions or requests can be sent to enquiries@novantis.co.uk.
Information Novantis may collect
Novantis may receive your name, work contact details, organisation, role, the contents of correspondence and any other information you choose to provide when you make an enquiry or work with Novantis. Contract, supplier, invoicing and professional relationship records may contain further personal information.
The website does not currently include a contact form, account, newsletter, analytics or advertising technology. The web host may create limited technical security and access logs, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access.
How and why it is used
Personal information may be used to respond to enquiries; decide whether and how Novantis can provide services; prepare, enter into and perform contracts; manage client, supplier and professional relationships; keep financial and business records; protect systems and information; and meet legal, regulatory or insurance obligations.
Depending on the context, Novantis relies on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations or its legitimate interests in operating and developing a specialist consultancy.
Who it may be shared with
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with hosting, email, document-storage and other business-service providers; professional advisers, insurers and auditors; trusted associates or delivery partners involved in an agreed opportunity or assignment; clients or prime contractors where Novantis is part of their team; and public authorities where required by law.
Novantis does not sell personal information.
International processing
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, Novantis relies on the safeguards required by data-protection law and any additional restrictions in the applicable client contract.
How long information is kept
Novantis normally keeps an enquiry that does not proceed for up to 24 months. Core contract, supplier and financial records are normally retained for six years after the end of the relationship, unless a legal, contractual, insurance or dispute requirement justifies a different period.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability, and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Rights are not absolute in every case.
